Cookie Policy
Last updated: 19 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how The Talent Community ("TTC", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website and web application (the "Platform"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember information about your visit - like your sign-in state, language and preferences - and help us understand how the Platform is used. We also use related technologies such as local storage, session storage and pixels; for simplicity we call all of these "cookies" in this policy.

Analytics
Help us understand how people use the Platform so we can improve it. Data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify you.
- Product analytics - page views, feature usage, session duration.
- Performance monitoring - error reports and load times.
Marketing
Help us measure the performance of our newsletter, events and vendor campaigns. Where third parties (such as LinkedIn or YouTube embeds) set cookies, those are governed by their own policies.
3. Managing your preferences
When you first visit the Platform we show a cookie banner where you can accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or choose by category. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Platform from working properly.
4. Third-party services
Some pages embed third-party content (for example YouTube videos, LinkedIn posts). Those providers may set their own cookies. We do not control those cookies; please check the relevant provider's privacy policy.
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the cookie banner or via the Platform.
